Revive Hive is committed to making our website and our lounge welcoming to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every visitor to be able to find what they need and book a session without barriers.

Our approach

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people with a wide range of abilities, including those who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or magnification.

What we have done

• Descriptive alt text on images so screen readers can describe them
• Clear heading structure that makes pages easier to navigate
• Color combinations chosen for readable contrast
• Navigation and forms that can be used with a keyboard
• Text that resizes and layouts that adapt to phones and tablets
• Labels on form fields, so it is clear what each one is for

Ongoing work

Accessibility is something we keep working on. We review the site as we add content and features, and we fix issues as we find them. Some third-party tools we rely on, such as our booking system and embedded maps, are not fully under our control, and we work with those providers where we can.
