Dr. Aaron Shapiro, MD
Dr. Aaron L. Shapiro, MD is a double board-certified physician in Otolaryngology (ENT) and Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, bringing more than 30 years of medical, surgical, and aesthetic experience to patient care.
Dr. Shapiro attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and completed his surgical internship at The Graduate Hospital. He went on to complete his residency in Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary before being selected for advanced fellowship training in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis. He has also served on the teaching faculty of Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, where he has been involved in the education and training of residents and medical students.
Known for his natural and refined approach to aesthetic medicine, Dr. Shapiro specializes in surgical and non-surgical treatments of the face, head, and neck and has spent his career combining medical expertise with highly individualized patient care.
Expanding his expertise beyond aesthetics, Dr. Shapiro also leads physician-supervised weight loss and metabolic health programs, incorporating principles of cellular medicine and taking a more comprehensive approach to health than simply focusing on the number on the scale. His approach considers metabolic health, hormones, body composition, lifestyle, and each patient's individual needs to support sustainable weight management and overall wellness.
